Administration does NOT care for it's employees. It's clear how they see treat them as disposable and have no interest in their well being. Don't tell HR anything you wouldn't tell the rest of the hospital.

Mixed messaging on expectations/standards
Questionable execution of ethical practices
High case loads and no plan of support for staff
Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop)
Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members
No work/life balance
