Pros

Pay well. Nice to see improvement that patients make.

Cons

Try to work with least amount of staff possible to get by in order to make the company more money instead of worrying about a better outcome for the patient. Nurse to patient ration is usually 7-10 patients per Nurse. I have seen CNAs have 16 patients each and have Management wonder why everyone is not up and showered and dressed. Lots of inconsistency. Favoritism. No help from Management even when they say if you need anything to just ask. New management running off old employees to hire friends from previously facility. Accepts patients not appropriate for rehab and not medically stable to participate in 3 hours of therapy a day. Scheduler always messing up everyone's schedule. Staff overworked and burnt out with no help. Lots of turnover lately. Lots of pressure to falsely document in order to get more compensation from insurance, even though they say it is not false documentation.
