Doesn’t value good employees - Physical Therapist Encompass Health Employee Review

Allows management to chase away all tenured staff so they can hire ppl for less pay. Takes way too long to act on complaints or exit interview comments. Has become a place where PTs are just eval and SOC machines and PTAs take all treats. No continuity of care in branch and little attention is paid to clinicians seeing patients. Have to constantly follow behind schedulers in order to make sure you get your patients back. Seems like it’s all about money and less about patient care.
