They offer many opportunities for employees to participate on numerous committees to work on identifying best practices. They have annual Employee Engagement Surveys with follow-up action plans to enhance the work environment. They invest resources that allow them to utilize current technology to deliver the best patient care outcomes.

I have worked at a number of companies. I can't think of any downsides to working here.
