Pros

30 days vacation. Programs are structured and there is a system for almost any situation or need. Patient care is excellent.

Cons

Bonuses, promotions and raises are set unreachable for sales side. Area Managers don’t have a voice in anything but they are the boots on the ground seeing what each area needs. No company credit card for expenses. Health insurance is expensive and provides poor coverage.

Fair wages & positive rapport with therapy team

Cons

Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
