Pros
Some flexibility, relationships built with accounts end up being really good friends, good processes, alot of training. Working with alot of good people. Their charitable arm of their company makes some fun projects where they will give money for your branch to do nice things for the community. I really enjoy this aspect.
Cons
Because of the structure I feel you are mostly just a number. They feel like they can plug anyone into the role and so you don't matter as a person. Sales team is very focused on your numbers only and there is absolutely no listening to what is going on as to why your number might be lower that is outside of your control. Nothing is ever good enough. You could be getting 100% of the business and I'm sure there would be some way for them to want more.
