Poor (and I do mean poor) management. Some team members that the hospital cannot get rid of make this a toxic workplace and are detrimental to the standards that Encompass preaches. This workplace is full of so many talented people that are stuck in a for-profit blackhole that burns them out so that they are shells of what they once were. Everyone here is so power hungry.
