      They give good holiday pay

      Cons

      Over worked, team leads and managers do not care about employee's health. They expect you to see multiple patients at the same time_ you end up discounting the quality of care, very difficult to take time off. Part time and PRN employees have an easy time. Full timers never leave work on time, poor work life balance.

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
