Pros
Flexible work schedule was a huge factor for me. I was able to start my day in the field if that was necessary or go into the office to gather information to improve the flow of my day. My direct supervisor encouraged autonomy and personal growth. He was always available for questions, answers, advice and encourage.
Cons
The only stress that was ever felt was meeting and exceeding the monthly admission numbers.
