No support from upper management.
Management not trained to do what they “manage” the staff to do.
Expensive insurance for such a large company.
Treat you like you don’t matter and they can just replace you.
High turnover.
ZERO appreciation.
Very inappropriate patients. Not ready for rehab.. it is about $$ but then get upset when patients are unstable and sent to the ER.
Hiring nurses with ZERO experience just to fill a spot and seasoned nurses must pick up the slack.
Rules change daily. Fixing things that aren’t broken and not the things that need fixed.
Staffing.
Unsafe staff to patient ratios especially at night.
Let favorite staff pick days/assignments and give the worst to the others.
Always told things will get better and they never do.
