Management. Nearly everywhere is short-staffed in terms of healthcare, but they fail to see the dynamics of teams they're hiring in relation to the political environment. Most employees speak about their opinions openly, and if someone opposes that, then it creates a silent negative environment. Other staff have left as well due to this, if you don't agree with the majority, consider yourself an outlier. They will antagonize and set others to fail if they don't meet their 'social niche'.
