Predjudice and unprofessional - Anonymous employee Encompass Health Employee Review

Management poor, unprofessional, predjudice and unfair. Unorganized group of people who are just going with the wind. Adults act very childish, the so called leadership report every move the African American employee make. Very racist company and location, so sad that it's tolerated and supported.
