Pros
Great teamwork and family like enviornment within each department among non-management staff.
Cons
Management staff are lacking proper leadership skills. They do not support their staffs needs; proper orientation, continued education, appropriate and safe staffing, growing leaders, and work-life balance. They are good at harassing, targeting, bullying, racial discrimination, lying, talking out of both sides of their mouths, and getting rid of strong leaders.Staffing to patient ratios are unsafe and unmanageable due to the nature of the patient population. HR is clearly there to support upper management and not all employees. The numbers are more important than the people (patients and employees).
