Pros
The facility I worked at was very laid back, perhaps too laid back. Getting the staff to get even its basic duties done was about impossible.
Cons
The pay there is lousy when you first start and the turnover in employees is even worse. Typically turnover is 5-10% and remember this is for 100-200 person facility so 10-15 people must be hired every month jsut to cover all the people coming and going.
