Very micro managed. Tons of a repetitive paper work/charting/filling out the same info multiple times, but the worst part is that it falls on the therapists to get patients “down time” (even if the patient can’t tolerate it). More than half your job will consist of scheduling, figuring out how to get patients 3hrs a day when you’re understaffed, and group therapy for patients that aren’t appropriate for groups. In the end, you feel like you’re always doing something wrong because it is so micro managed. Has nothing to do with therapeutic skills
