      Pros

      Job is relatively low paced compared to retail. Also being a rehab hospital helps because patients are not acutely ill. People seem to be nice benefits are good

      Cons

      Salary is on the lower end. Salary increases are rare to come by. It still has corporate feel. Facilities are nice but focus too much on patient customer service

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.

      Like any job in healthcare right now it’s a demanding job but the culture at encompass really does make a difference.
