      Pros

      Good work environment. The staff works well together. The job that is required of you is a manageable caseload. Therapist are able to see patients one on one often.

      Cons

      The facility tends to take patients that are not excellent rehab candidates and can't tolerate three hours of therapy, on occasion

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
