      Great place to work. I was there 10 years and would be still if I hadn't moved out of state. Could've transfered if the one here in Texas weren't an hour away.

      Over the years there have been a few disgruntling moments, but nothing uncommon to any other facility.

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
