      Smaller company so easier to build family-like relationships. Great place to get your foot in the door and gain experience.

      None at the moment. If it is a con, patient to nurse ratios could improve to the ratios bigger hospitals have.

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
