      How they changed my schedule, and I'm labled PRN and not eligible for benefits but work full time hours that would allow me the benefits.

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
