      For the most part, very nice co-workers

      Cons

      The most unprofessional nursing management I have ever witnessed. You are treated like a number with no compassion. You are required to come in on your day off for staff meetings, regardless of how far you live or the fact you may be caring for your children. Poor pay & poor raises Nursing management has favorites, so good luck getting any vacation time approved if the favorites request the same days off.

      Fair wages & positive rapport with therapy team

      Cons

      Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
