      Pros

      Good pay. Its usually quiet around the building. Night shifts are a lot better. Only has two people working together two on day shift two on night shift. Weekends it's laid back more.

      Cons

      If you have a problem it never gets resolved or mentioned. Act like you never exist doesn't appericate anyone. They hire on "supervisors" that have no idea what to do or how to speak English. They don't care how long you have been with them all they give you is a pen and key chain for being with them. One of the "big" people actually said they only care about the insurance money from patients and not the patients

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.

      Like any job in healthcare right now it’s a demanding job but the culture at encompass really does make a difference.
