      Pays well . Great co workers . This is all I have to say that is positive.

      Cons

      Always short staff ! LPN's are classified as tech's. We are a nurse when they want to use us as a nurse, we dispense medication, and we are tech's.. We have one tech on nights shift for the whole floor. Is that fair to her ? Charge nurse that doesn't help ! Management is slow to solve issues .

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
