Extreme micromanagement is still an understatement you will be 10 times more micromanage than any job you’ve ever been there before from people mile 3 to 3000 miles away. They forced liaison to sit in chairs and ran places in referring hospitals and write up three hour preadmission screens from the comfort of random chairs throughout the hospital with no extra computer screens they ergonomic chairs, desk, or office spaces. Place and realistic demands such as over 11 hours of work for an 8 hour day. All liaison positions are salary Simply to get 11 hours of work out of people and only pay them for eight. You can make bonuses if you eat them, realistic goals, and targets.
