Pros

You feel like you in grade school again but having so much oversight that you have to ask permission to pee and questioned if it took too long. You can get promoted BERY fast because no one can put up with the corporate BS. this is the only company that owns hospitals and promotes nonclinical people to CEO regional VPs and other roles simply because they don’t any one that wants promoted or have learned to just put up with all the BS.

Cons

Honestly toooooooooo many to list. This company does not care about Its employees they have allowed multiple mass walkout at different locations across the country and still refuse to change their outdated teamwork’s approach to marketing that involves no commercials no advertisement or realistic marketing technique. Extreme micromanagement is still an understatement you will be 10 times more micromanage than any job you’ve ever been there before from people mile 3 to 3000 miles away. They forced liaison to sit in chairs and ran places in referring hospitals and write up three hour preadmission screens from the comfort of random chairs throughout the hospital with no extra computer screens they ergonomic chairs, desk, or office spaces. Place and realistic demands such as over 11 hours of work for an 8 hour day. All liaison positions are salary Simply to get 11 hours of work out of people and only pay them for eight. You can make bonuses if you eat them, realistic goals, and targets.

Fair wages & positive rapport with therapy team

Cons

Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
