      fellow staff members can be great

      Cons

      unsafe staffing ratios 9 patients to a nurse on day shift, management isn't supportive, as many as 10-12 patients on nights, backstabbing atmosphere, old dingy building, equipment is always broken or lacking, benefits are expensive

      Pros

      Great team to work, people are always willing to help each other. The clinicians genuinely care about their patients and it shows every day. You feel like you’re making a difference in patients’ lives. Good teamwork between departments. Leadership listens to feedback and wants the hospital to keep improving. Positive work environment with coworkers who care about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Healthcare is busy, so some days can be stressful. Things can change quickly, so you have to be flexible. Communication between departments can always improve. Like most hospitals, staffing can be tight at times.
