Pros
Per diem/ float pool schedule is very flexible, only required to work once per pay period and one weekend day a month. They will let you work 1/2 shifts or partial shifts in addition to your required shifts.
Cons
Staffing can be awful, admissions can be overwhelming on some units. They don't staff adequately then nit pick your charting, fall rates, skin protection interventions etc.
