      Only worth the trouble if you need a resume booster.

      Cons

      The company cares little for staff safety and will fight for a combative patient to stay rather than shipping them out. You will have heavy assignments with no help, hours are being cut at this location for "budgetary concerns". Fight tooth and nail for bonuses owed to you when asked to pick up. Upper management is two-faced and disingenuous. Honestly stay away unless you want to work to death for a company that pretends to care about you. -10/10

      Fair wages & positive rapport with therapy team

      Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
