Pros
Nursing staff pleasant to work with. Techs are excellent and hard working. The rehab patients are there and for the most part cooperatve and do whats expected. Rehab doctors are good to work with. Everyone smiles and is friendly. Good benefits.
Cons
Heavy patient load. Told I would take7-8 patients, ended up with 9, charge nurse took my 9th patient away so I could take an admission at end of day ehich made my 12hr day a 15hr day. Accidently came in on my day off and was told by supervisor she could not let me leave because of a call out but could keep same 9 patients as day before. Charge nurse did not want me to have same patients, she told me she had been working 6'days in a row. I had 4 weeks orientation. 2 weeks in classroom, 2 weeks on floor.
