Pros
Good benefits, enjoy seeing patients improve after terrible circumstances. Good internal trainings on many topics of interest, worked with some very talented people.
Cons
Biased, orchestrated advancement for selected few. If an employee is not part of the "IN" crowd that is friendly with local upper management, there is little chance of advancement. Lots of cross training but in the end, used for the immediate needs of the facilities and then relieved of duty when one is not needed any more. Very disappointing
