Great teamwork that allows clinicians to grow in their field. Wonderful opportunity to see sub-acute care and watch patients transition functional to be able to go home.
Cons
Just like other facilities, the trends of the patient population and staffing can be challenge, however this is manageable to allow clinicians to grow in their speciality.

Poor leadership/administrative management team
Mixed messaging on expectations/standards
Questionable execution of ethical practices
High case loads and no plan of support for staff
Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop)
Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members
No work/life balance
