Pros
Great family-like team that made it all so rewarding and exciting for a future PT here! I got to help all kinds of patients in a variety of ways alongside PT, OT, and SLP therapists. The company has great values and was led well. I would trust them with my family members and/or friends!
Cons
Oftentimes, the demographic remained the same - chronic condition cases with 60 yrs and up individuals being the most common. This led to the patients making a couple returns just due to nature of their condition; it was quite sad to see them back, but exciting because the patients themselves seemed pleasant and LOVED being there. Unfortunately, the insurance decisions do play a role in care for patients so this could be ruled out to be a downside. However, in today's society, with the U.S. medical system failing largely, this place was a light in the dark!
