      The nurses and therapists are friendly.

      Cons

      Horrible place to work! Nurse to patient ratio is not healthy or safe and there are no aids to help most of the time. Patient care is not important there and the pay is mediocre at best.

      Fair wages & positive rapport with therapy team

      Cons

      Poor leadership/administrative management team Mixed messaging on expectations/standards Questionable execution of ethical practices High case loads and no plan of support for staff Unreasonably high expectations/weight of metrics placed on Case Mgt team and treatment team staff rather than focus of best practice outcome for patients (bc admin does not want SNF rate to increase or NRC score to drop) Admin create culture that fostered several constructive discharges of staff members No work/life balance
