      Direct managers on site were great. Lots of autonomy Good PTO Potential to make really good money once you get to doing large shows

      Corporate management was out of touch with the demanding nature of the role / how busy we already were, and kept piling on additional admin tasks, trainings, meetings, etc

      There were people who wore satanic attire in one of the most notable hotels in Encore. While there is no discrimination from the company but that kind of environment of fashion choices is concerning in terms of it is indicative of violence or anything for that matter. Please also be more transparent in your hiring process. I don’t know the steps to get a promotion as management didn’t tell me the reason why I couldn’t get a promotion.
