A good opportunity for college grads to get experience in a corporate setting.
Cons
Pay is lower than other companies and benefits are limited. You will notice a lot of early careers college grads starting their careers there and many employees after a year looking for other opportunities elsewhere due to lack of development and opportunities to grow. Corporate managers and directors will spend their whole day in the office with their door closed and creating a wall between their teams. Very toxic environment
