Pay and hours are hard to come by

Depending on the manager you get the job can be really flexible.

Some times are so slow that you have nothing to do, then some days are too much to the point that you leave the day stressed, theres not always skilled labor which can make sets difficult and more time consuming. They arent always super transparent with the promises that they make to the employees either, the "32 hour work week" promise is actually 32 hours a week averaged over the entire year, many times I have worked less.
