      Lack of hours and work will work people to death at busy season and make people go homeless during “slow” season which is like 3 months of no work at all. Will tell employees to apply for employment insurance

      Culture at my property is very positive. We receive a lot of onsite support and foster a collaborative environment.

      Cons

      There are times where it feels we are asked to commit more time than what we are compensated for. Sometimes the work-life balance is not there.
