      Pay isn't that great Will often use your skills in a position that is higher than your pay grade and call it "training" then drag their feet on promoting you. Upper management doesn't take operations and sales suggestions seriously

      There were people who wore satanic attire in one of the most notable hotels in Encore. While there is no discrimination from the company but that kind of environment of fashion choices is concerning in terms of it is indicative of violence or anything for that matter. Please also be more transparent in your hiring process. I don’t know the steps to get a promotion as management didn’t tell me the reason why I couldn’t get a promotion.
