Pros

The coworkers are great, otherwise not many positives

Cons

Pay is laughably low. Clients pay tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars for shows, and workers get pennies on the dollar. Work hours are never consistent, so work-life balance is terrible. You'll work at 6am one day and until 11pm the next. Company treats workers like numbers not people, except with a nice cover of corporate bs lingo to pretend they care.

Sales is a great career path Friendly people Corporate Setting Opportunities for growth Great collaboration with the hotel

Cons

There were people who wore satanic attire in one of the most notable hotels in Encore. While there is no discrimination from the company but that kind of environment of fashion choices is concerning in terms of it is indicative of violence or anything for that matter. Please also be more transparent in your hiring process. I don’t know the steps to get a promotion as management didn’t tell me the reason why I couldn’t get a promotion.
