Only had to go to one location for events

Cons

Had to pay for parking Inconsistent Schedule, was lied to about the hours in the interview Was told "Nobody wants to work anymore" during the interview, turns out nobody wants to work for someone who gives out inconsistent work schedules the day before you start Onboarding took 2 weeks and I had to follow up to make sure I wasn't missing anything

Cons

There were people who wore satanic attire in one of the most notable hotels in Encore. While there is no discrimination from the company but that kind of environment of fashion choices is concerning in terms of it is indicative of violence or anything for that matter. Please also be more transparent in your hiring process. I don’t know the steps to get a promotion as management didn’t tell me the reason why I couldn’t get a promotion.
