- If you're competent, the job becomes relatively easy to manage. - Free amenities depending on the venue. - Fair scheduling—no unexpected or extreme shifts. - Decent benefits, including 401(k) and health insurance. - Upper management does encourage skill development for my current position. - Career stagnation is addressed.
Cons
- Limited upward mobility in my current position. This is the type of job where you learn as much as possible, then move on. - If you're not careful, it's easy to get stuck in a comfort zone. If you're ambitious, be mindful not to get complacent. - The company does offer career growth opportunities, but in reality, many employees still choose to leave because the role itself has natural limits.
