Pros
Generally an ok place to work, some global travel oppertunities.
Cons
Poor management from low level managers all the way up to corperate, Vauge answers from managers, No where enough staff for the amount and quality of jobs we are expected to deliver. Minimal investment in people and equipment. Multiple structure changes with seeimingly no end goal in sight Pay is no where near where it should be for skilled technicians and it is a fight for any promotions Too much responsibility is put on entry level staff with no oversight which leads to poor project planning and exicution Very much stuck in old ways with no willingness to try new things online training which is very irrelivent for most people in the uk, can tell it was designed for the us side of the buisness with no alterations to make it relevent to uk operations no progression for long serving staff as they are still required to do entry level jobs due to no real hiring in the last 3 years
