Pros
The pay was okay. There were benefits like insurance. (Though not the best)
Cons
1. being salary everyone was working overtime weekly. 2. Despite working overtime at up to 50-60 hours a week which is a hefty pay cut for a salary worker. They added more to the workload and expect the same output. 3. When bringing up the issue of a staffing shortage after a great places to work survey Upper Management legitimately laughed at us and clicked end meeting. 4. Even after saying we were working overtime and there wasn't work life balance they fired a bunch of us the same day about 2 months later. While telling us not to tell anyone and promoting others the same day having a meeting congratulating those who got promoted. And got new hires in other locations.
