Coworkers are wonderful people. Everyone loves what they do, including me. Lots of overtime WHEN it is busy.
Cons
Massive slow season this year. When hired on, I was told the slow season would be ~2 months long. This year it is going to be 5+ months long. Essentially making this full-time position a seasonal one. Busy days can be very physically demanding, especially when not staffed properly--which happens often. Had multiple 10+ hour days with skipped breaks. Shifts are all over the place. Expect to be scheduled to work until midnight, but have to stay until 2am because the client wants to go late and then need to show up less than 8 hours later for a morning shift. Similarly, expect to work 14 days straight during the busy season and <4 hours/week during the slow season.
