      If you’re a technical specialist, it can become difficult to move up further in the company, especially if you’re good at what you do and there aren’t many others that can perform the job as well as you can, which can limit your long term earnings potential given their pay structure.

      There were people who wore satanic attire in one of the most notable hotels in Encore. While there is no discrimination from the company but that kind of environment of fashion choices is concerning in terms of it is indicative of violence or anything for that matter. Please also be more transparent in your hiring process. I don’t know the steps to get a promotion as management didn’t tell me the reason why I couldn’t get a promotion.
