1: Worst management specially mangers level 2 : Castism is too much on higher level, All managers are same caste. This is not at all coincidence. 3: No respect for other region people 4: Food is compulsory and that too very worst, I have found lot of time insects in rice, rasam, even in sabji 5: Team leads are not at all cooperative, There is no future for teammates./Tranies. 6: No communication between teams 7 :Whole company doesn't follow IT manners, they just want 9.30 hrs should be completed but doesn't follow the project methodology 8: only on Friday casual are allowed. 9: Managers don't have any work they just gossips , Don't have any knowledge of technology or doesn't think about the projects situations 10: Salary increment is very less 11: Until you are key resource they didn't give increment to you. 12: There is huge difference between Teammates, Team leads, Managers 13: Whole meetings will always happen in Tamil, until your client is in call.
