Good company if you're on the right project - Senior Software Developer Encore Software Services Employee Review

The project in which I was had the worst onsite manager who just sits on top of you and pushing you to impossible targets the clients set without consulting the dev team,understaffed the team citing budget but agrees to tight deadlines,worst thing was the manager lectured me to not give importance to work life balance, seriously who talks like that? Worst work experience ever, not sure about other projects so can't comment on them.
