We strive to provide a base salary that meets the market (50th percentile) when associates are fully proficient and meet expectations, and a base salary above the market for associates who consistently exceed expectations. In addition, we provide a well-above market companywide gainshare program (bonus pay of up to 12% of your annual salary) and a 7% dollar-for-dollar 401k match.
