Thank you for your review. Encova provides a competitive benefits package for associates. While there was a modest increase in medical premiums in 2020, there was not an increase to any benefit premiums for 2021. We did recently change our pharmacy benefit manager, but, while there may be formulary changes for some associates, the co-pay benefits did not change. Since 2019, we have added paid parental and family caregiver leave programs. Following COVID-19, we adapted benefit programs to support COVID-19 testing, telemedicine and mental health services to ensure we provide associates with excellent care. While we did modify our 401(k) plan slightly for 2021 only, this is a temporary adjustment to be mindful of expenses and ensure our long-term prosperity.
