Pros
Endeavor really invests in their people. I've never worked in a corporate set up where the core values start at the very top, and everyone is invested in the culture of the team. I have nothing but positive experiences to report since Endeavor acquired my school 2 years ago. Great company, great people!
Cons
No real cons. Sometimes it takes a little time to work out kinks with new procedures but Endeavor is really good about communicating and getting feedback to make processes more efficient.
