Many times when there is change in personnel, technology systems, processes or management, companies experience shifts that are unfamiliar and therefore uncomfortable. I love that the management of this company experiences shifts but truly makes an effort of not allowing unfamiliar experiences to get in the way of working in collaboration and promotes healthy interactions during the birthing of new ways of doing things.
